 DETAILING TRAINING

If the primary purpose in attending one of our Training Seminars is to learn the ropes about successfully getting an in-depth knowledge of detailing process & operating your own business, you’re going to have to get your hands dirty. Hands on practical training and know how about each product and machine and there application is the essence of our training. We’re not here to show you some videos, or have you memorize details from an out dated workbook, or deaden your mind with boring tutorials. You will be amazed with what you learn. Whether you have been in business for several years or just starting out our goal is to exceed your expectations.

A 10 day programme is specially designed keeping in mind the nuances of detailing process and business.

DAY 1

INTRODUCTION : WHAT IS DETAILING?

DAY 2

TECHNICAL INFORMATION: VARIOUS MACHINES, AND PRODUCTS TO BE USED. DIFFERENT KINDS OF BRUSHES, POLISHING PADS, APPLICATION PADS AND FIBER CLOTHS TO BE USED.

DAY 3

1. CAR PAINT TECHNOLOGY: DIFFERENT KINDS OF PAINTS, THEIR THICKNESS, AND HOW TO JUDGE THE KIND OF PAINT. 2. HOW TO WASH A CAR EFFECTIVELY.

DAY 4

1. INSPECTION OF A CAR: HOW DO YOU INSPECT A CAR? 2. DIFFERENT CATEGORIES OF PAINT CONDITION IN A CAR. 3. REMOVAL OF SWRIL MARKS OR DIFFERENT MARKS, SCRATCHES AND DEPOSITION ON PAINT SURFACE.

DAY 5

TECHNICS OF INTERIOR CLEANING, POLISHING, DRESSING AND PROTECTION OF VINYL AND PLASTICS.

DAY 6

TECHNICS AND PROCESS OF EXTERIOR CLEANING, POLISHING. PROCESS OF TYRE CLEANING, DRESSING AND COATING. ENGINE DETAILING: CLEANING, DRESSING AND COATING.

DAY 7

INTRODUCTION TO VARIOUS SEALANTS, COATINGS AND PROCESS OF APPLICATION. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN HAND POLISH AND MACHINE POLISH, SEALANT AND COATINGS? PROCESS OF GLASS AND HEADLIGHT RESTORATION. INTRODUCTION TO GLASS COATINGS AND PROCESS OF APPLICATION.

DAY 8

HANDS ON WORK - PREMIUM BIKE DETAILING

DAY 9

HANDS ON WORK - INTERIOR

DAY 10

HANDS ON WORK – EXTERIOR, ENGINE, HEADLIGHT AND GLASS
